What to Expect During the Design Process
Following is a generic outline of the process involved in a design project by Zwolski Enterprises LLC.
* An initial meeting will discuss the scale, style, and timeline of the project. This information will be used to develop a job estimate.
* To proceed, a contract will be signed by both parties, and a deposit will be due. The amount of the deposit will be based on the project estimate. Further details regarding the job will be collected to ensure a complete design brief.
* Several initial sketches will be produced. These will be shared with the client who will select their favorite designs. At this time any changes needed to further enhance the designs will be discussed.
* The chosen sketches will be edited and completed as specified in the previous meeting.
* Finals will be presented to the client who will then select their favorite. If there is more editing to be done, this process will repeat until a final is chosen.
* The final piece will be printed (if included) and copied to a CD or DVD.
* In a final meeting with the client, the CD/DVD and prints will be exchanged for the remaining payment.
